Cable Durability Testing Machine

Structural Principle：

The cable durability test-bed is composed of worktable, deceleration mechanism, cable curve forming mechanism, pre tightening force system, test times measurement system and so on. The cable curve forming mechanisms are fixed on the workbench, and the driving motor is under the workbench. During the test, the curve forming component makes the cable wind into the curve required for the test, and the preloading system applies the required initial force value to the cable. The driving motor drives the cable core wire to make reciprocating motion through the reduction mechanism, and the amplitude of reciprocating motion is adjusted by the sliding block on the reducer.

 Working Conditions:

1. Within the range of 10 ℃ ~ 35 ℃ of room temperature, the relative humidity shall not be greater than 80%;

2. In the environment without vibration, there is no corrosive medium and electromagnetic interference around;

3. The fluctuation range of power supply voltage shall not exceed ± 10% of rated voltage;

4. The host must be reliably grounded;

5. The electric control part is well ventilated.
