Automobile Seat Fatigue Testing Machine

Auto seat fatigue testing to test the durability and safety of the seat by repeatedly impacting the seat and cushion at a certain speed and load through pneumatic control. It is applicable to the durability test of automobile cushion and seat frame.

Precautions：

1. Adjust the air cylinder according to the height of the seat;

2. Adjust the induction switch on the cylinder;

3. Overload operation is not allowed. The airborne weight is 200kg;

4. Check the air circuit for air leakage. If there is air leakage, tighten the joint again;

5. The cylinder pushing laterally can adjust the push-pull stroke by moving the second sensor;

6. Note that after the number of tests reaches zero, it can be started;

7. The weight of the impact fixture is about 15kg, and this weight is added to the load during the test;

8. The speed of the cylinder can be controlled through the regulating valve on the cylinder. The displayed frequency is the real-time frequency, calculated per minute;

9. Adjust the stroke of impact head spring and transverse cylinder according to the test rotation angle.
