Composition of the test bench:
The whole machine performance test bench of the screw (turbine) drill tool is mainly composed of three parts: the main frame of the experiment stand, the test system, and the circulating system.

Working principle:
According to the actual working conditions of the screw drill, the circulating fluid (drilling fluid) is delivered to the screw drill through the ground reciprocating mud pump via the drill pipe column, and its displacement is relatively stable; the load at the output end of the screw drill mainly includes the reverse torque formed when the bottom-hole bit breaks the rock, and the friction torque formed by the drill weight acting on the supporting bearing of the screw drill. Based on this working characteristic, the basic principle of screw drill performance testing can be proposed: By inputting liquid to the inlet of the screw drill through the circulating system, while keeping the circulating liquid flow rate of the screw drill at a given value, different torque loads are applied to the power output end of the screw drill, so that the drill works stably under different braking torques, and the output torque T, output speed n, circulating flow rate Q, drill inlet pressure P1, drill outlet pressure P2 and other parameters under different working conditions are tested. After data processing and calculation, the characteristic parameter tables and characteristic curves of the power drill are obtained.
