AEEDL-003 builds a three-in-one test system of "environmental simulation + precise measurement + intelligent analysis":

  • Full working condition reproduction: indoor cabin 10℃~45℃ (±0.1℃), outdoor cabin - 20℃~55℃ (±0.1℃), humidity 10%~95% RH (±2% RH), accurately reproduce "severe cold - hot - high humidity" extreme scenes.
  • Multi-dimensional monitoring: synchronously collect 12+ parameters such as dry/wet bulb temperature, compressor pressure, electrical parameters (voltage/current/power consumption), air volume differential pressure, etc., with accuracy reaching industrial standards.
  • Fully compatible models: support split type (indoor ≤1500×1000×2000mm), window type (≤1000×1000×1000mm), multi-split (≤2000×1200×2200mm), suitable for home-commercial full scenes.
  • Intelligent flow control: temperature control response ≤ 10min, automatically generate energy efficiency ratio (EER/COP), energy consumption curve, fault diagnosis report, seamless connection MES system.
