Auto lamp aging cabinet, real-time monitoring of aging current, voltage and power.

Product Features:

1.  The product is suitable for high power fast charger adapter ageing test, and also can design customized other aging test equipment;

2.  The aging of the specifications of the tank L2000 *W690 * H1888mm, burning rack points of products and load;

3.  Burning rack will be divided into 6 levels, unilateral ageing, each layer can put 32 PCS products，192 PCS products totally （the quantity of aging test can also be customized according to customer's request );

4.  The cooling mode of aging cabinet load area adopts indoor ambient temperature air cooling, room temperature;

5.  The product area can be configured with a group of hot air circulation system to accelerate the aging test of products (hot air circulation is shown in the picture), (40-80 degrees can be set);

6.  Monitoring voltage, current, power, etc. are set by computer to reduce operation time and cost;

7.  Beautiful structure, small volume, easy to move and demolition.

Software Features:

1. Constant discharge current (electronic load discharge); 

2. Discharge data collection and data preservation;  Discharge data curve display; 

3. Single point and multi-point can be set to control voltage discharge; 

4. Monitor voltage, current and power and record and save data, that is, real-time monitoring of product aging status, defective products alarm; 

5. Aging load current and voltage are set by computer; 

6. Load ambient temperature 50°±5°, with over voltage, over current, over temperature protection; 

7. EGO overtemperature power failure, smoke detection power failure alarm two-stage fire prevention system; 

8. Scan code system with MES.
