1. Test chamber

①　The chamber adopts an upper and lower chamber structure, the upper part is a high temperature chamber, and the lower part is a low temperature chamber. The low temperature system is located at the back of the chamber, the pneumatic system is located on the left and right sides of the test chamber, and the electrical control cabinet is placed on the right side of the test chamber. Easy to operate.

②　The inner wall of the test chamber is made of SUS304# stainless steel plate, and the outer shell of the chamber is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed after pickling and phosphate treatment.

③　The heat preservation material of the high temperature chamber adopts superfine glass fiber, and the heat preservation material of the low temperature chamber adopts polyurethane foam, asbestos board and superfine glass fiber.

2. Control System

3. Refrigeration system

It is mainly composed of refrigeration compressor unit, condenser, condensing evaporator, oil separator, liquid reservoir (expansion pressure vessel), filter drier, hand valve, solenoid valve, etc.

4. Heating system

The heating system is divided into two parts: one part is located in the air duct system of the high temperature chamber, and the other part is located in the air duct system of the low temperature chamber. It is mainly composed of multiple sets of nickel-chromium alloy threaded electric heaters and PTFE sheathed wires. .

5. Pneumatic system

The pneumatic system is mainly composed of air cylinder, solenoid valve, filter, mechanical transmission device and other parts. Mainly control the up and down movement of the sample rack.
