It provides full working condition simulation and safety protection for air conditioning research and development and testing, and is suitable for testing new refrigerants such as R32/R290.

Product Introduction

As the core platform for air conditioning performance testing, AEEDL-001 uses the air enthalpy difference method to achieve multi-dimensional parameter measurement: indoor and outdoor cabin simulation - 20℃~50℃ temperature range, 10%~95% RH humidity, ±0.1℃ temperature control accuracy meets the strict requirements of GB/T7725 for the enthalpy difference method. The equipment is equipped with 6 R32 infrared detectors (3 inside and 3 outside), real-time monitoring of 0~100% LEL concentration, two-level early warning linkage ventilation, power off and fire emergency lighting, to ensure the safety of testing flammable and explosive refrigerants such as R32/R290. The modular design is compatible with split-type, multi-split and other models, supports maximum/minimum operation of cooling/heating, freezing/condensation and other extreme working conditions, covers the entire process from R&D to mass production. Air conditioning performance evaluation, data can be directly used for GB, ISO, ASHRAE and other domestic and foreign certifications.

  • High-precision measurement: Inlet air dry/wet bulb temperature ±0.10℃ control, relative humidity ±2% RH measurement, meeting the accuracy requirements of international standards for enthalpy difference method.
  • Explosion-proof safety system: Two-level warning (10%/20% LFL) linkage ventilation, power off, 10-minute rapid dilution of leaked refrigerant, suitable for testing high-risk refrigerants such as R32/R290.
  • Full-condition simulation: -20℃~50℃ wide temperature range (optional -40℃), 10%~95% RH humidity, support maximum/minimum operation, freezing/condensation and other extreme conditions.
  • Intelligent linkage control: Fresh air/exhaust damper, explosion-proof fan and alarm system automatically respond to ensure safe and controllable gas concentration in the cabin.
  • Anti-static design: Independent grounding (<1.0Ω), anti-static wheel and rubber seal, eliminate hidden dangers of static sparks, suitable for sensitive electronic testing.
  • International standard compatibility: Supports GB/T, ISO, JIS, ASHRAE and other systems, and the output data is directly used for domestic and foreign certification applications.
