Product Introduction

AEEDL-006 consists of an indoor test chamber, an outdoor simulation chamber, an air handling unit, and an intelligent measurement and control system:

  • Dual-chamber environmental reproduction: indoor 10~50℃ (simulating user end), outdoor -20~60℃ (simulating extreme climate), 35~90% RH humidity covers the rainy season and dry season scenes.
  • Multi-parameter synchronous measurement and control: 20-channel thermocouples (±0.1℃) monitor the temperature field, WT333E power meter (±0.2%) collects electrical parameters, and 2-way refrigerant pressure sensors capture compressor characteristics;
  • Flexible refrigerant adaptation: supports R22/R410a/R32/R290/R134a, adapting to the iteration requirements of environmentally friendly refrigerants.
  • Automated process: The computer joint control system automatically collects data, generates energy efficiency curves and fault diagnosis reports, and connects to the MES system, improving test efficiency by 50%.
