Scope Of Application：

Transmission performance and durability test bench is mainly suitable for MT manual transmission, AMT mechanical automatic transmission, CVT continuously variable transmission, DCT dual clutch transmission, AT automatic transmission.

Feature:

1. The variable speed device can be divided with the durable measurement and control system according to the control mode, including manual control and automatic control.

2. Under the manual control mode, the tester shall select a single test gear of the transmission one by one according to the test requirements, and then set the speed and loading torque of each gear of the transmission by adjusting the signal button of the control cabinet, and manually record the test data.

3. Under the automatic control mode, the customer can edit the automatic working condition program at will, and each automatic working condition program is saved with an independent file name.

4. Each automatic working condition program is composed of several test working conditions: each test working condition includes control parameters such as test gear, test speed, loading torque, transmission oil temperature, test duration, recording time interval and so on, so as to realize automatic switching of transmission gear, constant speed and constant torque control, automatic temperature regulation control, test running time control and automatic recording of test data, That is, the automation and intelligence of the whole test process are fully realized.
