2.12 Salt fog test process

spray salt spray at 15 to + 35 for 2h,

temperature (40 ± 2) , relative humidity (93 ± 3)%, placed for 20 to 22 h;

temperature (23 ± 2) , relative humidity of 45% to 55%, placed for 3 days.

Stage and stage are one cycle, repeating 4 cycles and then proceed stage to form a test cycle and completing 4 test cycles at the test.

3. Box structure characteristics

3.1 structure mode

Split structure is used.That is, the studio, refrigeration unit, salt fog unit, salt water tank, electric control box independently placed on the site assembly.Set up air conditioning room, salt fog room; air conditioning room by forced drum air circulation system, refrigeration system, heating system, humidified / dehumidification system, etc.; 8 baffle devices are set in salt fog room and constant temperature heating device at the bottom.

3.2 Outer wall material

High quality SUS304 stainless steel with surface of electrostatic injection, material thickness of 1.5mm

3.3 Internal body material

Use the acid-base resistant material SUS316L # stainless steel.Material thickness is 1.5mm

3.4 Insulating layer

A hard, polyurethane foam insulation layer was used.

3.5 Studio Top

In order to prevent the studio top condensate from dropping directly on the test product; set the 120-degree diagonal baffle on the studio roof.

3.6 Studio floor board

Reinforced plate (several reinforced sleepers built in) bearing 1500kg/m (uniform load)

4.6 Continuous spray time

The test tank needs a large salt tank to allow continuous spray for up to more than 60 hours without adding salt water.

4.7 Spray system

The function of the spray device is to saline supply system, using the high pressure air, high speed from the nozzle injection, through the siphon principle of the brine up and air mixed to produce blurred fog, because the fog contains some unfoggy water droplets, so the spray can not be directly introduced into the laboratory body, and should first hit a salt spray baffle, fog or excess salt mist back, so that the spray is the real fine mist without water droplets.The size of salt fog settlement is directly related to the level of salt water supply and gas supply pressure and the Angle of the baffle.

4.8 Adjustment of air pressure

Dual pressure adjustment and protection for continuous or periodic spray.Intake pressure is controlled at 0.2~0.4Mpa.

4.9 Spray pressure

Controlled at 0.05~0.17MPa or spray pressure: 1.00±0.01kgf/cm2 (the air compressor is configured by Party B).

4.10 Salt fog collector

A funnel is set on the equipment side to be connected outdoors through the hose to observe the settlement amount and detect the PH value of acid and base
