Working Principle

1.Salt fog system
The salt spray system is composed of solvent tank, variable speed magnetic pump, pneumatic system, water tank, spray tower, nozzle, etc. The pump moves water from the water storage tank to the test room. The heating plumber acts as the box to provide the required humidity and temperature, and the salt solution is atomized by compressed air through spraying. The spray tower is removable and easy to disassemble and wash. In the salt spray state, when the tank low water level switch detects a low water level, the tank heater shuts off and the spray stops. The water level device automatically fills water by connecting the water injection solenoid valve until the high water level switch detects the high water level. The heating tube starts to work when the water injection solenoid valve stops. Spray automatically when program requirements are met.

2. Drying system

The drying system is composed of the blower, air heater, diffusion plate, pipe, etc. Under the drying function, the blower enters the indoor air through the air heater into the box, so that a low humidity environment is produced in the box body. The box temperature is controlled by the humidifier and the air heater.Wind volume of blowers can also change the temperature very quickly, so as to achieve rapid circulation function.At the same time, when the temperature reaches the requirements, if the humidity difference is large, the humidifier also outputs part of the power to compensate for the humidity in the box.

3.Humidity system

Humidity humidity system is composed of steam generator, blower, water, condensate device, etc. Under the humidity function, by evaporation hot water into the box, the box maintains relative humidity.It can also maintain the appropriate temperature in the box through the combination of the heater and the compressor.When the temperature meets the setting requirements, if the humidity is too high, the condenser will reduce the humidity, on the contrary, if the humidity is too low, the humidifier will output part of the power to adjust the humidity in the box.
