The helium detector utilizes the helium mass spectrometry leak detection technology that is safe and efficient, easy to operate, accurate, and reliable. It passes helium gas through the filling port to detect the pressure change inside the battery to determine whether there are leak points inside the battery welding. The calibration environment temperature of the helium detector is (23 ± 5) ℃, and the room temperature change during the calibration process does not exceed ± 1 ℃, and the relative environment humidity is not greater than 80%. There should be no obvious temperature difference, air flow, and strong electromagnetic field and other external interferences around the calibration equipment.
