I. Automatic Helium Refill Module:

As helium is recycled during use, its concentration gradually dilutes over time. When the system detects insufficient helium, it automatically opens the refill valve to supplement fresh helium, with adjustable concentrations ranging from 50% to 90%.

II. Helium Concentration Monitoring Unit:

Equipped with an automatic online real-time helium concentration monitor, it automatically controls the infusion of helium, providing device principles and ensuring a precision of ±3%.

III. Helium Recovery:

A helium recovery system is integrated to facilitate the reuse of helium.

IV. Access Levels and Permissions:

Parameter settings require a tiered access system with at least three levels of passwords. The highest level, the administrative authority, enables full access to any operation and the resetting of all passwords. The intermediate level allows changes to all device parameters and operational control. The lowest level restricts access to device operation and modifications to select operations.

V. Industrial Computer (Data Processing):

1.The system is equipped with an industrial computer featuring MES data processing and parameter storage capabilities.

2.The central control screen displays daily production volume, good and defective products, significant leaks, and yield rate (calculated as the number of good products divided by total production). Models can be manually switched or entered.

3.The system supports both offline and online operation modes.

VI. Automatic Calibration:

The equipment allows for calibration, with the calibration interval adjustable. Additionally, manual calibration during production is possible, and the calibration results are automatically updated.

VII. Remote Maintenance:

The equipment incorporates remote maintenance capabilities, enabling the manufacturer to troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely when the device encounters abnormalities.
