Suction-type helium leak detector

The suction-type helium leak detector (sniff gun inspection) adopts the basic principle of helium leak detection using the sniff gun method. It uses helium as a tracer gas, fills the helium gas into the product (workpiece) in the accumulation chamber, and fully mixes the leaked helium. The gas is then detected by the sniffer of the helium mass spectrometer to accurately find the leakage location of the product.

Product Function:

Evacuate the workpiece, inject helium gas, ensure uniform concentration of helium injection, and discharge helium.

Product Features:

1. Use a vacuum pump for evacuation, the minimum is -10KPa, which requires fast pumping speed and high reliability.

Low noise.

2. Equipped with air pressure monitoring equipment to ensure that the internal air pressure of the workpiece is at the required value after evacuation;

3. The equipment needs to be equipped with an oil filter to ensure gas cleanliness, and key accessories are imported.

4. Equipped with a pressure gauge to monitor the helium pressure, and automatically adjust the pressure before filling it into the workpiece cavity

in the body;

5. Configure a concentration meter to monitor the helium concentration;

6. The equipment must be equipped with an oil drain device to prevent any impact on the workshop environment. The oil level of the pump unit needs to be directly observable outside the equipment to facilitate inspection and maintenance.
