HCTE0038Operation Process:
The vacuum chamber closes to commence testing. Firstly, a major leak test is performed. If the vacuum level reaches the set standard, the process continues; otherwise, a major leak is indicated and the process ends. Following this, the vacuum chamber undergoes staged evacuation to achieve the set vacuum level. Subsequently, after suppressing the background signal, helium is filled into the workpiece. During the micro-leak test, if the helium signal detected exceeds the set limit, the micro-leak indicator light illuminates; otherwise, the pass indicator light illuminates. After leak testing is complete, the helium is purged from the workpiece, the vacuum chamber is filled with air, and the piping is purged. Finally, the vacuum chamber opens, and the workpiece is removed. The system supports simultaneous or sequential testing of three chambers (A, B, C), allowing independent or synchronized operation to enhance efficiency.
