Product Features:
The insulator static mixing system utilizes servo drive and is controlled by a servo axis control system. It features metal static mixing, directly injecting materials into the molding machine mold or transferring them to the injection cylinder according to the specified ratio. It can achieve multi-stage speed and pressure injection, followed by pressure gelation through a compensation device. This realizes fully automatic injection pressure molding, formula-based management of the injection process, and allows for arbitrary storage and retrieval.
The system is equipped with multiple safety interlock protection measures.
