Material measurement, control, stirring, deaeration, mixing deaeration, and casting are all carried out under vacuum, and there is no gas involved in the process, so that the casting products meet the production process requirements throughout the production process, and significantly improve the operating environment and reduce the operating intensity. The film deaeration technology and dead corner-free stirring make the deaeration of the casting material full, fast, and is beneficial to the partial discharge performance and appearance quality. The vacuum system uses a high-temperature rotary vane vacuum pump as the front-stage vacuum pump, which has good resistance to resin vapor.
