Product features:

According to the characteristics of high viscosity of materials for pot-shaped insulators and cable accessories, and high process temperature, design the parameters and configurations of each system + design the structure of the mixing tank according to the characteristics of high material viscosity and high process temperature.

It uses an advanced computer + PLC control system to make parameter setting, equipment control, and data recording convenient, and feeding. The equipment is modularly controlled, with simple operation, and the formula of the casting material can be modified on the computer.

It uses a PLC-controlled highly reliable electronic scale metric automatic batching system.

Filler is dust-free bag opening, vacuum deaeration, and vacuum transportation.

Full vacuum operation.

Material measurement, control, stirring, deaeration, mixing deaeration, and casting are all carried out under vacuum, and there is no gas involved in the process, so that the casting products meet the production process requirements throughout the production process, and significantly improve the operating environment and reduce the operating intensity. The film deaeration technology and dead corner-free stirring make the deaeration of the casting material full, fast, and is beneficial to the partial discharge performance and appearance quality. The vacuum system uses a high-temperature rotary vane vacuum pump as the front-stage vacuum pump, which has good resistance to resin vapor. Vacuum transmitters, deep-ray cooling and filtering devices to ensure the measurement and long-term stable operation of the vacuum system.
