Detection Process:

1.Workpiece Installation and Chamber Closure
Operators place the workpiece into the vacuum chamber and connect the interfaces, then start the system.
The system automatically closes the vacuum chamber and begins the inspection process.
2.Vacuum Pumping
The system evacuates the vacuum chamber and the workpiece to achieve the set vacuum level.
3.Hydrogen and Nitrogen Filling and Leak Detection
Hydrogen and nitrogen are automatically filled into the workpiece according to the set parameters.
The system checks for any significant leaks (large leaks) in the workpiece. If detected, the leak detection process is terminated and the gas is recovered.
Micro-leak detection is then performed to determine if the workpiece is qualified.
4.Chamber Venting and Gas Recovery
The system automatically vents the vacuum chamber and recovers the hydrogen and nitrogen from the workpiece.
5.Workpiece Removal
If qualified: The vacuum chamber door automatically opens, and operators disconnect the interfaces.
If failed or alarm triggered: After manual confirmation, the vacuum chamber door opens, operators disconnect the interfaces, and handle the fault or re-inspect the workpiece according to the prompts.
6.Leakage Product Sorting
Workpieces are inspected one by one until the leaking workpiece is identified.
Operators can choose to continue inspecting the remaining workpiece in the chamber or perform other processing.
