IEC 60045-1: This standard specifies the first part of power transformers, transformers, and similar equipment: general principles and safety requirements, which involve related requirements of transformer vacuum oil filling equipment.

IEC 60384-35: This standard specifies the test methods and test requirements of transformers and inductors for power electronic equipment, including the performance test and safety test of transformer vacuum oil filling equipment, and other aspects.

DL/T846.6-2004 "Detection guide for transformer oil filling and oil circulation purification system"

Test items:
Performance test: It includes the test of performance indicators such as oil filling rate, vacuum degree, and oil temperature to ensure that the equipment can meet the needs of producing high-quality transformers.
Safety test: It includes tests in terms of electrical safety and mechanical safety to ensure that the equipment will not cause harm to the operators and the surrounding environment during use.
Appearance and structure inspection: It includes the inspection of the appearance, structure, material, etc. of the equipment to ensure that the quality and stability of the equipment meet the requirements.
Environmental adaptability test: It includes the test of the adaptability and stability of the equipment under different environmental conditions to ensure that the equipment can work normally under various environments.

Detection objects:

1. Oil quantity measurement: Check whether the oil quantity of the transformer vacuum oil filling equipment meets the standard.

2. Oil temperature measurement: Detect whether the oil temperature of the transformer vacuum oil filling equipment is normal.

3. Pressure detection: Check whether the pressure of the transformer vacuum oil filling equipment is normal.
