Vacuum double-chamber oil quenching furnace

Application scope:

The vacuum oil quenching furnace is mainly used for the vacuum quenching treatment of metal materials to increase the hardness and fatigue strength of the materials. After the workpiece undergoes vacuum quenching, there is no oxidation or decarburization phenomenon, with uniform hardness, small deformation amount, and a bright surface.

Product features:

The gas cooling system is equipped with efficient all-copper heat exchangers and special structured fans to ensure sufficient and strong cooling capacity.

The heating chamber mainly uses graphite heating elements with graphite felt insulation, among which the graphite felt has two forms for selection: all hard felt and hard felt + soft felt. The configured graphite hard felt, during production, has a graphitization temperature reaching 2,000 °C, which can ensure the performance and service life.

There are two types of furnace shapes: vertical and horizontal. Generally, the heating chamber of the vertical furnace is round, and the heating chamber of the horizontal furnace is square.

With the same size working area, the smallest hot zone and the smallest shell, or the largest working area under the same shell, the heating power consumption per unit volume and the consumption of high-purity nitrogen are effectively reduced.

The equipment layout adopts the block modular design method to reduce the floor area, save the installation space, and facilitate maintenance and repair.
