Vacuum experimental furnace

Application scope:

The produced small-scale experimental furnace can realize processes including vacuum annealing, magnetic field annealing, vacuum brazing, and vacuum sintering. It is mainly used by users such as the R&D department of the factory to carry out some experiments or teaching in terms of material processing and process research. The experimental furnace can choose various forms of heaters made of materials such as nickel-chromium alloy, graphite, tungsten, and molybdenum according to different temperatures and furnace types.

Product features:

The experimental furnace adopts an integrated design, and the whole is assembled on a steel frame, with a compact layout, small floor area, and very convenient for transportation and installation. Within the range covered by the working temperature and vacuum degree of the furnace, one furnace can be used for multiple purposes. The optional working temperature of the experimental furnace is 300 ℃to 2500 ℃.
