WPT-2 achieves high precision and high efficiency in valve testing through innovative clamping structure and intelligent measurement and control technology:
- Pressing seal: 300kN hydraulic clamp (adjustable clamping force 10-300kN) is suitable for flange/wafer valves, and the sealing ring is made of wear-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene to ensure zero leakage during the test process and solve the problem of unstable sealing of traditional manual clamping.
- Full range coverage: 0-100MPa water pressure test (standard), support shell strength test (1.5PN), sealing test (1.1PN) and high-pressure air tightness test (optional gas module), suitable for all types of valves such as gate valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, etc.
- Intelligent measurement and control: 10-inch color touch screen (Chinese and English switch) one-click setting of test parameters, servo motor drives plunger pump to automatically increase pressure (rate 0-10MPa/s adjustable), pressure stability ≤±0.5% FS, avoiding manual operation errors.
- Data traceability: Built-in 32G memory, automatically records 50+ parameters such as clamping pressure, test pressure, leakage, pressure holding time, etc., supports USB/Ethernet data export, and supports PC software to generate PDF test reports (including pressure curve, qualified judgment), meeting ISO 9001 quality traceability requirements.

- The pressure sensor is calibrated by CNAS (accuracy ±0.3% FS), and the clamping pressure sensor resolution is 0.1kN, ensuring that the leakage detection accuracy of the sealing test reaches 0.05mL/min (bubble method).
- The pressure holding time can be freely set from 0 to 300 minutes, and supports dual detection modes of pressure decay method (pressure drop ≤ 0.3%) and weight method (leakage conversion).

- The tempered glass explosion-proof cabin (transmittance 95%, pressure resistance 50MPa) isolates the test area, and the leak detection sensor (accuracy 0.1ppm) monitors the environment in real time, automatically shuts down and alarms with sound and light when exceeding the standard.
- Double overload protection (hydraulic system overflow valve + software pressure upper limit), automatic warning of motor overheating (>75℃) and water tank water shortage ensures safe operation.
