WPT-12 uses high-precision cycle control and full-condition simulation technology to achieve accurate evaluation of water valve life:
Full pressure range coverage:
- Pressure test range 0-60MPa (resolution 0.1MPa), suitable for low-pressure stop valves (1.6MPa) to high-pressure safety valves (60MPa), supporting shell strength (1.5 times nominal pressure) and sealing tests (1.1 times nominal pressure).
- Opening and closing frequency 0-30 times/minute adjustable, simulating switch loads in different scenarios such as tap water pipes and industrial pipe networks, supporting pulse and continuous cycle tests.
Intelligent measurement and control system:
