Particles are automatically divided into three following categories:

Metal particles: usually the most concerned, and is the most critical particles.

Non-metallic particles, without fiber: these particles are as critical pollutant particles as metal particles.

Fiber: These particles are unavoidable during the test preparation and operation.Therefore, even if sometimes the fibers are the largest particles on the filter membrane, its attention is relatively low.

Distribution the particles into three categories in advance to reduce the workload of manual operation and maximize the attention to all the particles related to the actual operation.

The filter membrane has then been scanned twice through a polarizer mechanism, and the statistical and identification of metallic and nonmetallic particles on the filter membrane is achieved.For other reflective objects such as plastic and glass fiber, the system will automatically distinguish them from metal particles, which effectively avoids the risk of being misidentified as metal particles.

For the scanning data of nylon grid woven membrane, the same as that of surface filter membrane, the results are not affected by the grid.
