HH-ZJ-507L uses multi-station parallel aging and precise environmental simulation technology to achieve in-depth verification of the performance of the stove and valve body:
▎Multi-station efficient aging system
- Parallel testing capability: 10 groups of independent stations (5 countertop stations + 5 cabinet stations) are standard, supporting the simultaneous aging of single-burner stoves, double-burner stoves, and valve body components. Each group of stations independently controls the temperature (-10℃~85℃), air pressure (0-100kPa) and number of cycles (0-100,000 times), and the detection efficiency is improved by 80%.
- Quick changeover design: Quick-release fixture (adapted to G1/2"-G3/4" interface) completes valve body/whole machine replacement within 5 minutes, compatible with embedded/desktop stoves of mainstream brands such as Fotile and Robam.
