Product Introduction

HJ-HAPT-001 uses a high-precision temperature control system and multi-dimensional detection modules to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of electric ovens:

  1. Full-scenario performance testing: supports temperature uniformity (error ≤±1.5℃), thermal efficiency (resolution 0.1%), no-load/load temperature rise (rate 0-20℃/min adjustable) tests for household embedded ovens, vertical ovens, and commercial ovens (volume 5-100L), covering the core indicators required by GB/IEC standards.
  2. Intelligent measurement and control system: 7-inch color touch screen (Chinese and English switching) one-click setting of test plans (such as 300℃ continuous insulation, periodic hot and cold shocks), PLC control system linkage servo motor adjustment of heating power (0-20kW), temperature sensor (accuracy ±0.3℃) real-time feedback of cavity point data to avoid manual operation errors.
  3. Safety and energy efficiency dual verification: built-in leakage protection (response time < 0.1s), over-temperature fuse (automatic power off at 350℃) and door seal tightness detection module, while recording 24-hour standby energy consumption (accuracy 0.01kWh), supporting data collection for energy efficiency level certification (such as EU ERP directive).
  4. Data traceability: 32G built-in memory automatically generates temperature-time curve, power fluctuation spectrum, abnormal alarm log, supports USB/Ethernet export and host computer software analysis (generate PDF test report), meeting ISO 9001 quality traceability requirements.

 

Product Features

High-precision temperature control technology

  • Adopting PID algorithm + dual thermocouple calibration (temperature measurement at 3 points in front/middle/back of the cavity), temperature stability ≤±0.5℃ (no load), uniformity ≤±2% (load state), in line with IEC 60335-2-9 Clause 11 temperature rise test requirements.
  • The heating rate is adjustable from 0 to 20℃/min, supporting rapid temperature rise (simulating rapid baking mode) and step-by-step temperature control (verifying the accuracy of the thermostat), and adapting to the testing requirements of different oven types.

Multi-station parallel testing

  • Standard 2-6 station independent chambers (optionally expandable to 10 stations), each station can independently set the temperature, load power (0-15kW), and test duration (0-24h), improving batch testing efficiency by more than 50%.
  • The stations are isolated by thermal insulation rock wool (thermal conductivity ≤0.04W/m・K) to avoid thermal interference and ensure that the test data of a single station is independent and accurate.

Full-project testing capabilities

  • Performance test: heat distribution uniformity, temperature recovery time, maximum power consumption (accuracy ±0.5%).
  • Safety test: ground resistance (resolution 0.1mΩ), withstand voltage (1800Vdc/1min), door seal leakage (smoke method detection).
