Product Introduction

HH-ZJ-507S focuses on laboratory-level precision detection and realizes in-depth analysis of gas stove performance through three core modules:

▎Full-scenario performance detection capability

Thermal performance test:

Thermal load range is 0-5.0kW (resolution 0.01kW), supporting single-burner stoves, double-burner stoves, and multi-burner stoves. It is suitable for natural gas (12T/10T) and liquefied gas (20Y) gas sources, and the gas pressure is adjusted from 500-3500Pa (accuracy ±0.5% FS).

Energy efficiency level test (level 1-3): combustion efficiency ≥63% (level 3) to ≥69% (level 1), thermal efficiency calculation complies with GB 16410 Clause 6.5.2 requirements, with a resolution of 0.1%.

Safety and reliability:

Flame failure protection response time ≤60s (EN 30-1Clause 7.2.3), air tightness detection (1.5 times the working pressure for 30min, leakage ≤0.01L/h).

Electrical safety: grounding resistance ≤0.1Ω, insulation withstand voltage 1800Vdc/1min, adapted to IEC 60335-2-37 anti-electric shock requirements.

▎High-precision sensor matrix

Core detection module:

Gas mass flow meter (±0.5% FS): range 0-5m³/h, real-time monitoring of gas flow fluctuations (resolution 0.01m³/h).

Infrared heat flow sensor (±1% FS): covers 0-100℃ temperature field, accurately captures the heat distribution on the stove surface, and identifies the thermal efficiency loss point.

Flue gas analyzer (CO/NOx resolution 1ppm): Support GB 16410Clause 6.5.3 environmental detection, automatic alarm for over-limit (CO>0.05%).

Environmental simulation:

Wind pressure simulation 0-1000Pa (accuracy ±1% FS), test the wind resistance of the stove (such as flame stability under 800Pa wind pressure).

Humidity control 10%-95% RH (±1% FS), verify the ignition success rate in a humid environment (≥98%).

▎ Intelligent measurement and control and data management

Operation and analysis:

The 12-inch industrial touch screen (Chinese and English switching) has 8 built-in test templates (CCC certification, Energy Star energy efficiency, CE certification full items), one-click start process, and parameter setting time is shortened by 50%.

Supports custom test scripts (such as simulating ignition at plateau pressure of 80kPa), adapted to laboratory R&D test needs.

Data traceability:

The 128GB solid-state drive automatically records 60+ parameters such as heat load, flow, flue gas composition, and generates PDF reports with CNAS/CMA chapters (including UN/ECE certified data formats).

Supports OPC UA protocol docking with laboratory information management systems (LIMS), with a data traceability period of up to 15 years.
