HH-ZJ-507 can accurately verify the performance and safety of gas stoves through multi-station intelligent detection and full-scene simulation:
- Multi-station efficient detection: 6 groups of independent test stations (optional up to 12 stations), support embedded and desktop stoves synchronous detection, each group of stations can independently set the gas type (natural gas/liquefied gas/manmade gas), pressure (5-30kPa) and test time (0-24h), and the detection efficiency is improved by 50%.
- Intelligent measurement and control system: 10-inch color touch screen (Chinese and English switch) starts the test process with one button, PLC links mass flow meter (accuracy ±0.5% FS) and infrared thermal imager, real-time monitoring of flame temperature (resolution ±1℃), heat load (error ≤2%), CO emissions (0-1000ppm) and other 30+ parameters.
- Safety performance verification: built-in gas leakage monitoring (accuracy 0.01L/h), automatic ignition success rate (≥99%), flameout protection device (gas source cut off within 60s) test module, in line with GB 16410 Clause 7.9.1 safety requirements, to avoid risks such as backfire and gas leakage.

High-precision detection technology
- The thermal efficiency test adopts the dual thermocouple method (temperature measurement before/after the cavity), with an accuracy of ±1%, which is better than the national standard GB 16410 Clause 5.1.1 requirement (±2%).
- The air tightness test pressure range is 5-30kPa (resolution 0.1kPa), and the leakage detection accuracy is 0.05L/h, which meets the strict sealing requirements of EN 30-2-3 Clause 5.3.2.
