It supports 10-station parallel aging test (single-station independent counting), covers -25℃~85℃ temperature cycle (accuracy ±1℃) and 1-10 times/minute high-frequency start and stop, and integrates dry-burn protection trigger response (≤5s), action life (1 million times), temperature difference accuracy (±0.5℃) full-item testing. Equipped with intelligent pneumatic clamping system and automatic fault diagnosis function, it complies with GB 14536.1 and IEC 60730 international standards, automatically generates aging curves and qualified judgment reports, and is the core testing equipment for home appliance manufacturers, thermostat manufacturers and quality inspection agencies.

Product Introduction

HH-WL-508 uses multi-station independent control and precise aging simulation technology to achieve efficient verification of thermostat performance:

▎10-station parallel aging system

  • Independent measurement and control capabilities: 10 groups of independent stations run synchronously (5 upper stations + 5 lower stations), each group supports 0-999,999 cycle presets (resolution 1 time), suitable for all types of mechanical/electronic/intelligent thermostats, single device daily processing capacity reaches 2000+, and detection efficiency is improved by 70%.
  • Quick clamping design: pneumatic push clamp (adjustable pressure 20-50N) completes thermostat positioning within 5 seconds (adaptive to φ15-φ50mm specifications), compatible with Midea, Haier and other brands of sudden jump and liquid expansion thermostats.

▎Full temperature range accelerated aging simulation

  • Temperature control: independent hot air gun (heating rate 5℃/s) realizes 85℃ high temperature simulation, temperature uniformity ±1.5℃ (GB/T 2423.2 standard); side compressed air forced cooling (0.4-0.8MPa air pressure), -25℃ low temperature response time ≤30s, simulating the extreme working conditions of water heater dry burning protection.
  • Cycle accuracy: test rate 1-10 times/minute adjustable (resolution 0.1 times/minute), precise control of heating-cooling-stop cycle (minimum cycle 6s), meeting IEC 60730Clause 15.3 action life test requirements.

▎Intelligent measurement and control and fault diagnosis

  • Automatic judgment: industrial camera monitors the state of thermostat contacts in real time, automatically marks red alarm when trigger response time >5s or no action, computer system automatically judges qualification to avoid manual misjudgment (accuracy >99%).
  • Data management: 128GB solid-state hard drive records 30+ parameters such as temperature curve, number of actions, response time, etc. of each workstation, generates CSV/PDF reports with timestamps (supports MES system docking), and the data traceability period is up to 10 years.

▎Safety and reliability design

  • Hardware protection: Double-layer insulation cavity (surface temperature ≤45℃) with overload protection device, built-in leakage circuit breaker (response time <0.1s) and combustible gas sensor (only electronic thermostat test scenario), in line with EN 61010-1 electrical safety standard.
  • Redundancy design: Automatic switching of main and standby gas sources (starting the standby pipeline when the gas pressure is <0.4MPa) ensures 7×24 hours of continuous aging without interruption, adapting to the needs of large-scale mass production sampling.
