Product introduction:

• In industrial sites without cooling water and high dust, traditional water ring pumps face three major problems: difficult installation, complicated maintenance, and heavy pollution. VEAT-006 reconstructs vacuum solutions with three core technologies:
• Air-cooled self-cooling revolution: built-in finned radiator, evaporative cooling of working fluid through air convection, completely independent of external water, and easily deployed in water-free scenes such as desert photovoltaic power stations and field production lines;
• Closed-loop water saving: working fluid circulation rate ≥95%, daily loss ≤5%, annual water saving exceeds 200 tons (at 8m³/h flow meter), in line with ISO 14001 environmental protection standards;
• Oil-free cleaning design: the whole system is oil-free lubrication, exhaust is free of oil mist pollution, and is suitable for clean processes such as food freeze-drying and pharmaceutical intermediate concentration (Class 6 clean room compatible).

• GB/T 13929-2010: Pumping speed deviation ≤±5%, ultimate vacuum ≤300Pa, stable performance, suitable for vacuum distillation, drying and other processes.
• ISO 16078-1:2021: Pressure protection ≤1.6MPa, electrical protection IP54, safe operation under high pressure conditions, and workshop environment adaptation.
