Product Introduction

VEAT-002 adopts a semi-enclosed structure and intelligent temperature control system, integrating a No. 275 silicone oil diffusion pump (heating power 1kW) and a GS-1 rotary vane pump, and can achieve stable high vacuum (≤2.5×10⁻⁴Pa) within 20 minutes. A three-way manual high vacuum baffle valve is installed on the top of the equipment to quickly switch the exhaust path; built-in vacuum solenoid valve and gas tank (1 hour of sustained vacuum), automatically cut off the backflow when the power is off to protect sensitive workpieces. Adapt to PU quick-plug cooling water interface (200L/h flow), suitable for glass tube hot melt plugging, vacuum coating and sterilization container vacuuming.
