VEAT-007 is a fully integrated water-cooled vacuum system that integrates a water ring vacuum pump, a gas-liquid separator, a heat exchanger and an intelligent control cabinet. Through the closed-loop design, it achieves a 50% water-saving effect on the working fluid and a 24-hour stable operation at full load. The whole system is oil-free to create a Class 6 clean vacuum environment (exhaust oil content ≤0.1mg/m³), providing efficient and energy-saving vacuum solutions for the fields of medicine, electronics, chemical industry, metallurgy, etc.

VEAT-007 adopts a fully integrated design, with pre-installed gas-liquid separator, heat exchanger and internal pipelines. On-site operation only requires connecting the power supply and process interface. The installation cycle is ≤8 hours. At the same time, it is compact and occupies ≤2㎡ (saving 40% space compared to traditional units) to adapt to the dense layout of production lines. The operation interface supports a simple maintenance mode with one-button start and stop. The life of the seal is ≥8000 hours, and the annual maintenance cost is reduced by 60%. The oil-free design with an operating noise of ≤75dB (A) (1 meter distance) avoids oil mist pollution and meets the clean requirements of pharmaceutical electronics. The closed working fluid circulation rate is ≥95%, and the annual water saving is more than 300 tons based on a flow rate of 10m³/h. The wide temperature adaptability of -10~45℃ enables 24-hour full-load operation without derating, and the production line efficiency is increased by 30%. The IP54 protection level can withstand dust and 90% RH High humidity environment, suitable for harsh working conditions such as metallurgy and chemical industry; indirect cooling design ensures that external cooling water does not contact the working fluid, eliminating cross contamination.
