Product Introduction
As the core equipment for vacuum engineering and gas processing, VET-005 adopts the three-stage intelligent control logic of "vacuuming - filling with nitrogen - maintaining pressure": the front 28L/s mechanical vacuum pump can quickly empty the cavity air within 3 minutes, and the DN35 large-diameter exhaust port improves efficiency; the nitrogen system integrates a high-precision pressure reducing valve and a mass flow meter, supports 0.1-0.7MPa stepless pressure adjustment, and ensures that the nitrogen filling accuracy reaches ±2% FS. The equipment is equipped with a double-station independent operation interface as standard, which can process 2 groups of workpieces with different process parameters at the same time, significantly improving the automation level of the production line. The body is made of 304 stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosive gas erosion and suitable for humid and dusty industrial environments.

Fast changeover capability: The exhaust port/nitrogen port adopts a quick-plug DN35/DN8 interface, which can complete the switching of workpiece fixtures of different specifications within 5 minutes, and is suitable for small-batch production of multiple varieties.
Data traceability function: standard RS485 communication interface, real-time recording of vacuum degree, nitrogen pressure, operation time and other data, supporting MES system docking and process review.
