Product Introduction

As the core equipment of industrial vacuum engineering, VET-003 breaks the limitations of traditional design with its split structure: the separated control chassis can be deployed independently of the host, suitable for compact production lines or elevated platforms; the host supports any vacuum pump model matching, compatible with different working conditions. The equipment integrates real-time display of digital vacuum value, intelligent positioning of vacuum degree and automatic alarm system, which can achieve high-precision and automated operation from precision workpiece detection to pre-vacuuming of large equipment, and significantly improve the vacuum processing efficiency of the production line.

 

Product Features

Space optimization design: The volume of the separated control chassis is reduced by 30%, saving 50% of the installation space, and is suitable for narrow production lines and dense equipment layout.

Flexible and free layout: The control chassis can be remotely installed by extending the cable (up to 10 meters), and supports multi-form deployment such as wall hanging and equipment rack fixing.

Strong pump body compatibility: The host reserves a universal interface, which supports seamless docking of any brand of vacuum pumps such as rotary vane, vortex, diaphragm, etc., without additional adaptation and modification.

High-precision detection capability: The Pirani vacuum sensor has an accuracy of ±1.5% FS, and displays the vacuum value fluctuation of 0.1Pa in real time, meeting the laboratory-level detection standards.

Intelligent automatic control: supports dual trigger modes of vacuum degree (0-100kPa arbitrarily set) and time, automatically stops when the standard is met, and alarms with sound and light for abnormal working conditions and locks the fault point.

Multi-scenario adaptability: Standard VG40 air inlet and M50x1.5 exhaust port, compatible with multiple types of workpiece interfaces such as refrigerator pipelines, vacuum coating chambers, drying ovens, etc.

IEC 60529:2013 "Enclosure Protection Grade (IP Code)": The control chassis protection grade reaches IP54, which effectively resists dust and splashing water and adapts to the complex environment of industrial workshops.
